Hi!

  My name is Tom Greenwood, and I am a Mountaineering Instructor based in the Lake District and the North East.

 

   I have been climbing for most of my life all over the UK, most extensively in the mountains of the Lake District and the sea cliffs of Wales, snowy mountains of Scotland and abroad in the French, Swiss Alps and ice climbing in Norway.

   At Greenwood Mountaineering we provide high quality instruction in all aspects of Mountaineering and Climbing, enabling you to realise and achieve your dreams and goals. We can deliver courses all over the UK.

   I am a full member of AMI (the Association of Mountaineering Instructors), hold the Mountaineering Instructors Award (highest rock climbing qualification in the UK), the Winter Mountain Leader award, and I am trained at the MIC level (the highest overall qualification in the UK)
